Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information-handling practices currently described by RSAI. It should be kept aligned with actual operations and applicable law.
1. Information we may receive
Patients may share names, contact details, medical reports, prescriptions, test results, medical history, questions, consultation requests and WhatsApp communications. Please share only information needed for your request.
2. How information is received and stored
Under the current workflow, patients send reports through our official WhatsApp Business number. Reports may remain in WhatsApp chats, linked devices and backups depending on account and device settings. WhatsApp backups are enabled. Deleting a message from a chat may not immediately delete every backup or other copy.
3. Who may access information
Access is intended to be limited to the founder and the relevant doctor who reasonably need the information to provide the requested explanation, review or consultation. WhatsApp and relevant service providers may process information as needed to operate their services.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to explain medical reports, facilitate relevant doctor review, respond to consultation enquiries, communicate about a request, support patient safety and meet applicable obligations. We do not intend to sell patients’ medical information.
5. Doctor review and AI
At present, report explanations are prepared manually. If RSAI uses an AI tool in the future, our intended approach is to share only the information reasonably necessary, remove direct identifiers and unnecessary personal details wherever practicable, and obtain any consent required before sharing. Reports may contain indirect identifiers even after names are removed. Before using a third-party tool, its privacy, security, retention and deletion practices should be reviewed.
6. Retention and deletion
Our proposed internal practice is to review routine completed reports 90 days after the service is completed. This is a review point, not automatic deletion. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for ongoing follow-up, applicable legal or professional recordkeeping, a documented safety concern or a legitimate dispute. When the reason for retention ends, the information should be reviewed for deletion.
Patients may request deletion by emailing reportsamjhaoai@gmail.com or messaging +91 9636355525. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable requirements and technical limitations. Chat deletion may not immediately remove copies in backups or linked devices; we will not claim all copies are deleted unless reasonably verified.
7. Security
We aim to limit access and review account, device and backup settings. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your devices and accounts secure and send information only to our official contact details.
8. Children’s information
Information about a child should be shared by a parent, legal guardian or authorized representative, subject to applicable consent requirements.
9. Your requests and contact
You may contact us with privacy questions or requests concerning your information. We may reasonably verify the requester before acting. Email: reportsamjhaoai@gmail.com; WhatsApp: +91 9636355525.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, information-handling practices or applicable requirements change. The current version should be published on our website.
