These terms describe general conditions for using Report Samjhao AI services.
1. Scope of service
Report Samjhao AI provides patient-friendly explanations of medical reports and may help patients enquire about doctor consultations. Service availability, specialists, fees and appointment details must be confirmed through our official contact channels.
2. Informational support, not a diagnosis guarantee
A report explanation is intended to help you understand the wording and possible significance of findings. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, rule out disease, prescribe treatment or replace a qualified healthcare professional’s assessment.
3. Doctor and AI roles
Our guiding principle is “Doctor Ki Analysis + AI Ki Smart Explanation.” Current explanations are prepared manually. Any future use of AI or third-party tools will be subject to appropriate review, safeguards and applicable consent requirements. AI output, if used, may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as an independent clinical decision.
4. Patient responsibilities
- Share clear, accurate information and reports where possible.
- Do not share another person’s medical information unless you are authorized to do so.
- Keep your phone and communication accounts secure.
- Seek qualified medical advice for diagnosis, treatment and decisions about your health.
5. Consultations, fees and appointments
Consultation availability, applicable fees, doctor identity, appointment timing and the consultation format should be confirmed before a booking is considered final. Sending a message does not itself guarantee an appointment or immediate response.
6. Emergencies
RSAI is not an emergency service and WhatsApp is not monitored as an emergency response channel. If you have severe symptoms or believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
7. Privacy
Use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it before sending reports. WhatsApp and other third-party services may process information under their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
Services may be updated, paused or changed. We will seek to communicate material service changes through our available channels.
